Dry Rub:

Sauce:

Can Cranberry Sauce

Bottle Chili Sauce
Instructions
Begin pre-heating your grill to 275˚.
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the dry rub together.
Using a small knife remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Coat both sides of ribs with the rub you just made. Wrap tightly in tin foil and place on the grill for 3 hours.
While ribs are cooking mix together cranberry sauce and chili sauce in a small sauce pan and heat all the way through.
After 3 hours baste the ribs with the sauce and place back on the grill for about 10-15 minutes.
