Creole Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb. red Potatoes Quartered
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. Creole Seasoning
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Stone Ground Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Celery Diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion Diced
  • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and quarter your potatoes, place them in a pot cover with water and boil for about 10 to 15 minutes. Until potatoes are tender enough to pierce with a fork, then drain.
  • Place potatoes in a large bowl and sprinkle with apple cider vinegar and Creole seasoning, toss until coated.
  • In a small bowl mix together Mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and sugar. Once combined pour over the potatoes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients together and allow to chill until ready to serve.
