Instructions
Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cayenne, nutmeg and salt in a shallow bowl. Pour coconut onto a a plate.
Dip each piece of toast into the milk mixture, coating each side but not soaking the bread. Press each side of the coated toast into the coconut.
Heat a little bit of oil in a pan/skillet over a medium flame.
Once oil is heated place toast in pan. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
