Place sliced onion in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Heat oil to 350˚.
Place the flour into a shallow dish. Take onions from butter milk and coat in the flour, shake off the excess flour and fry in the oil until they are golden brown and crispy.
Jalapeños:
Heat 1 Tbsp. in a pan/skillet place jalapeños cost with the other Tbsp of oil and season to your taste. Cook allowing to blister on both sides.
Jalapeño Cream Cheese:
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Burgers:
Take the ground beef and form 4 burger patties. Season with salt and pepper to your taste and cook to your desired temperature.
To assemble place the burger patty on the bottom bun, next add 2 or 3 blistered jalapeños, the jalapeño cream cheese and then top with your onions strings and close.
