Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

BISCUITS
- 1-1/2 Cup Cabot's Seriously Sharp Cheddar Shredded
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Cup Butter Melted
TOPPING
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Melted
- 2 Tbsp. Buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Parsley
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder and salt. Add in the buttermilk, butter and cheddar and stir just until combined.
Drop in 1/4 cupfuls. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
While biscuits are baking combine the topping ingredients and brush the biscuits shortly after they come out of the oven. Serve while still warm.
