Instructions
Pre-Heat oven to 325, and coat 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
Cream butter in stand mixer or with electric hand mixer. Then stir in gingersnap crumbs, flour and baking powder.
Press mixture into prepped baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded coconut, cinnamon chips, and white chocolate chips. Pour condensed milk evenly over the top. Last sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to completely cool, then cut into bars.
