Gingerbread Pancake Recipe
A Christmas time Breakfast treat!

- 2 Cups Flour
- 1-1/4 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Molasses
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Melted
- 2-1/2 tsp. Ginger
- 1-1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1-1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves
- 2 Eggs
- salt
In medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
In separate mixing bowl whisk together water, molasses, and eggs and melted butter. Pour wet mixture into dry and mix until combined.
Heat pot or griddle over medium flame. Using about 1/4 cup of batter at a time pour into heated griddle until completely cooked. About 3-4 minutes per side.
