Preheat your oven to 375˚.
In large bowl mix together chicken, salsa, cumin, oregano, cheese and green onions.
Divided the chicken mixture between the tortillas. Fold the sides of the tortillas and roll to form the burritos. Place in a baking dish seam side down.
Spray lightly with olive oil and bake for about 25 minutes.
While burritos are baking melt butter in a small sauce pan. Once melted add the flour in and allow to bubble for about a minute/
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then gradually whisk in the chicken broth.
Once completely combined stir in cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in green chilies, cheese, and sour cream.
Remove burritos from the oven, pour sauce over the burritos and top with shredded cheese, and place in broiler for about 2-3 minutes.
