  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Adobo Sauce from a can of chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lime Zest
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 Corn Tortillas Warmed
  • 1/2 Cup Coleslaw Mix
  • 4 oz. Cotija Cheese

Strawberry Jalapeño Salsa

  • 8 oz. Fresh Strawberries Chopped
  • 1/2 Red Onion Diced
  • 2 Jalapeño Peppers Seeded and Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Salt
  • Pepper
