In small bowl mix together all the marinade ingredients, make sure they are completely combined. If you have to heat the jelly in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften it up.
Place wings in another bowl and coat with 1/2 Cup of the marinade. Cover and allow to marinade at least an hour (you can go over night if you want).
Pre-heat oven to 450˚.
When chicken is done marinading pat it dry, the drier the chicken is the crispier the skin will come out. Place chicken on prepped baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
While chicken is baking put remaining marinade into a sauce pan and whisk in cornstarch. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Once chicken is finished toss in marinade and serve!
