Hooters Buffalo Shrimp

SHRIMP
- 20 Jumbo Shrimp
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
- 1 tsp. Creole Seasoning
- 2 tsp. Onion Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
BATTER
- 1 Cup Cornmeal
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 tsp. Creole Seasoning
- Pepper
- 1-1/2 Cups Buffalo Sauce
Pre heat oil in a large pot to 350 degrees.
Mix egg with mustard. Place shrimp in a large bowl, coat with spices, egg/mustard mixture and set aside.
Mix all batter ingredients together in a large bowl. Drag shrimp through batter, coating liberally.
Once coated fry shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until cooked all the way through.
Toss cooked shrimp in buffalo sauce to coat nicely.
