Hot Fry Cheese Sticks Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Andy Capp Hot Fries
  • 10 Mozzarella Sticks String Cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Flour

Instructions
 

  • Crush your Hot Fries, I put mine in a food processor and let them go for a bit. In three bowls put your Flour, beaten eggs, and Hot Fries.
  • Slice Mozz sticks in half, dredge each half through the flour, then egg wash, Roll in the hot fries until completely coated.
  • Place tray of Cheese sticks in the in freezer for 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Heat oil to 350 degrees, cook cheese sticks for about 1 to 1 and a half minutes until they are a nice golden brown.
