Core and dice the tomatoes, drain the excess juice from the tomatoes and place it in a medium bowl.
Slice basil so you have strips add it to the bowl of tomatoes. Dice garlic place 1 clove worth into the olive oil for the toast and the rest in the bowl of tomatoes.
Season the tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper stir gently, and allow to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400˚F.
Slice the baguette into about 1/2" slices. Brush both sides with garlic-infused olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Place in the oven and bake for about 5 to 7 minutes until the edges become golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top with the tomato mixture. Drizzle with a little balsamic reduction and serve.
