Cream Cheese
Blue Cheese Crumble

Instructions
Break up and brown chicken in a large pot.
Once browned ass in all of your remaining ingredients except for the cream cheese. Stir and mix together.
Bring ingredients to a boil, turn the heat down and place the cream cheese into the pot. Cover and allow to simmer for about 45 minutes.
Stir to mix in the melted cream cheese, top with blue cheese crumble and serve.
