Preheat your oven to 425˚F, and prepare a 9"x13" casserole dish.
Place red pepper, onion, and tomatoes into your baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with red pepper flake, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toos and place in the oven to roast for about 15 minutes.
Remove the baking dish from the oven, stir in the gnocchi, chorizo, into the roasted vegetables. Top with the mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven top with the basil and serve.
