Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Wash off your potatoes, and poke holes in each with a fork. Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake for an hour.
Heat a skillet/pan over a medium heat, add in the ground beef breaking it up and browning. Once there is no pink left drain and return to the pan. Add water and taco seasoning, and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Once potatoes are done careful unwrap them, split them length wise along the top and fill with taco meat. Top with All of your favorite ingredients, I used some lettuce, cheese, salsa, and guacamole.
