Mix all the ingredients for the salsa together in a medium bowl, set aside and allow to rest. In pan/skillet cook and break up chorizo, once down drain excess grease and set aside.In small bowl whisk together eggs, milk. Heat pan/skillet and melt 1 Tbsp. of butter in pan. Cook eggs all the through, salt and peppering them to taste.Place several Tbsp. of Eggs, Chorizo, and Bean in center of the tortilla. Top with cheese. Fold one end of burrito over contents, fold in the two sides and finish rolling. In same pan/skillet, melt 1 Tbsp. of butter, place rolled burritos in pan one at a time. Cook on all sides until golden brown.Top with fresh salsa and sliced avocado and serve!
