Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread cornmeal over Pizza stone. Roll out pizza dough onto stone and brush dough with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes, until the dough starts to turn a very light golden cover.
Remove dough from oven and spread sauce over it. Then layer with Italian Beef, Cheese and Giardiniera.
Bake for 15-20 minutes more, until crust is a nice golden brown and cheese is melted.
