While oil is heating up lay egg roll wrapper on counter. Place one slice of provolone in the center of the wrapper, top with ham pepperoni, Capicola, a little roasted red peppers and a couple of banana peppers.
Dip your finger in water and coat the edges of the egg roll wrapper with water.
Roll by folding in the sides, then the corner closest to you and continue to roll forward. Making sure Egg Roll is sealed.
