Italian Egg Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 12 Slices of Provolone Cheese
  • 12 Slices Deli Ham thinly sliced
  • 12 Slices Pepperoni
  • 12 Slices Hot Capicola
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1 Cup Banana Peppers

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil to 375 degrees.
  • While oil is heating up lay egg roll wrapper on counter. Place one slice of provolone in the center of the wrapper, top with ham pepperoni, Capicola, a little roasted red peppers and a couple of banana peppers.
  • Dip your finger in water and coat the edges of the egg roll wrapper with water.
  • Roll by folding in the sides, then the corner closest to you and continue to roll forward. Making sure Egg Roll is sealed.
  • Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
