Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350˚.
In large bowl beat together eggs, cream, 1/2 cup cheddar, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into a 9 x 13baking dish.
Drop chunks of the cream cheese through out the egg mixture.
Slice your Jalapeños (seed them first if you want less heat) and sprinkle them across the top of the casserole.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with remaining cheese and back. Put back into the oven and back another 10 minutes.
