Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 24 Wonton Wrappers
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 lb. Bacon Cooked & Crumbled
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 4 Jalapenos Seeded & Diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Place two wonton wrappers in each muffin cup.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, cheddar cheese, and chopped jalapeƱos.
  • Spoon filling into wonton cups, then sprinkle with reserved bacon and cheese.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until wontons are golden brown and cheese is melted.
