Instructions
In large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, poppyseeds and salt.
In medium bowl whisk together milk, lemon zest, egg and butter. Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.
Heat pan/skillet over medium heat and add 1/4 of batter at a time cooking on both sides until they become golden. About 3-4 minutes each side.
