Loaded Baked Potato Pizza Recipe
An amazing twist on two different classics, pizza and baked potatoes!

- 1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 6 Red Potatoes
- 1/3 Cup Ranch Dressing
- 8 Bacon Slices Crumbled
- 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese Shredded ( I used a extra sharp white cheddar)
- 6 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 Green Onions Diced
- 1 Tbsp Corn Meal
Preheat oven to 375, Cook bacon and crumble. Set aside.
Spread Corn meal over Pizza stone or cooking tray the pizza will be on. Spread Dough across pan or stone, brush with oil and bake for about 7-10 minutes, until dough starts to get some light color to it.
Spread 3 to 4 TBSP of the ranch dressing over the dough. Lay the slices of potato over the ranch dressing and sprinkle with half the bacon. Top with half the shredded cheddar.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes until crust edges are lightly brown and cheese is bubbly and starting to darken
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before removing the pizza from the pan.
Sprinkle with green onions.
