Instructions
In a pan/skillet brown and break up ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste as it cook.
Drain grease from the pan and add in red pepper flake and beer allowing to cook for about 5 minutes.
Add in your cheeses stirring as it melts to make sure everything is mixed together.
Once the cheese is melted add in the rest of the ingredients. Adding in the juice from the rotel if you want a thinner dip consistency.
