Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 400˚.
In a small bowl mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili powder.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spread your chips out across it. Next add your corn, then mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with the sauce we made, sprinkle with cilantro and cotija chees
