  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Self Rising Flour
  • Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Jelly or Jam I use Grape but feel free to use your favorite flavor

Notes

Don't have self rising flour? Here is how to make it.1 cup all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt!
