Heat oil in a large skillet over a medium high heat, add Sofrito and alcaparrado(olives) cook and stir until likes has evaporated and sofrito is sizzling about 5 minutes.
Add beef breaking it up and browning, keep cooking until the liquid once again evaporates, stir in the tomato sauce cook for another couple of minutes. Salt and Pepper to your taste.
