Ingredients
  

  • 2 1.9 oz. Box Phyllo Cups
  • 8 oz. Chorizo
  • 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 2 Jalapenos Sliced

Instructions
 

  • Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Break up and brown chorizo
  • In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except for the jalapeno. Spoon into phyllo cups and place on a baking sheet.
  • Top each up with a slice of jalapeno and back for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
