Raspberry Ricotta French Toast Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/4 Cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Spread one ricotta cheese on one side of each slice of bread. Then spread two of the slices with the raspberries. Close to create two "sandwiches".
  • In shallow dish mix together milk and egg.
  • Dip both sides of each sandwich into the egg mixture.
  • Cook until golden brown about 3-4 minutes each side.
