Instructions
Spread one ricotta cheese on one side of each slice of bread. Then spread two of the slices with the raspberries. Close to create two "sandwiches".
In shallow dish mix together milk and egg.
Dip both sides of each sandwich into the egg mixture.
Cook until golden brown about 3-4 minutes each side.
