Cook Bacon in Skillet, drain all but 1 Tbsp of Bacon Grease.
Add Beef (or Lamb) cook until brown.
Add Carrots, Celery, and Onion. Cook vegetables until they are tender.
Add Tomato Paste and Thyme, cook for about 5 minutes.
Add Flour and cook for a few more minutes allowing it to thicken up.
Add in your Chicken Broth, Worcestershire Sauce and add your bacon back in.
Stir in Parsley, Salt, and Pepper.
Place into a baking Dish
Top with Mashed Potatoes (or 50/50 Potato/Turnip Mix)
Bake at 375 for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
