Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 425˚.
In a pan/skillet cook and break up the sausage. Add in sliced green pepper and allow to cook for about 5 minutes, until tender.
Divid pizza dough into 3 pieces, on a lightly floured surface roll the dough out until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread pizza sauce over dough, top with cheese, sausage & pepper mixture, pepperoni and additional cheese.
Fold dough over, pinching shut the edges. Make 2-3 slits in the top of the calzone and brush with beaten egg.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes or until it becomes golden brown.
