Instructions
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
In a large skillet add ground beef, and garlic. Cook and break up beef until completely browned. Drain the excess grease and return to the pan.
Season with Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir in the diced tomatoes (including all the juice form the can). Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes to allow it to thicken up a bit.
Pour the marinara into the bottom of a baking dish, add peppers ontop of the sauce and spoon the beef mixture evenly into the peppers. Top with mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Until the cheese is nice and melted.
