Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Chili Paste
1/2 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/3 Cup Ginger

Instructions

Place all ingredients into the slow cooker.
Mix everything together thoroughly.
Cook on low for 6 - 7 hours.
Shred Chicken and allow to cool.

Notes

Seriously that's it! If you work close to home you can start this one on lunch and have dinner almost ready by the time you get home! We eat this one all the time here and it has become a staple in our menu, I know you guys will love this one too.
