Smoked Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

OMG simple is too complicated a word to describe this AWESOME app.
Servings 15 Yields

Ingredients
  

  • 15 Large Jalapenos
  • 3 Cups Cheese, Shredded ( I used a combination of Cheddar and Colby)
  • 1 lb. Bacon, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Slice the pepper open end to end and remove seeds. Be careful not to tear the pepper.
  • Spoon in the cheese, fill as much as you can while still being able to close pepper.
  • Wrap it tight with the bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Bring smoker up to 225 degrees, place poppers on grill and allow to smoke for 45 Minutes.
