BBQ Sauce

Spicy Steak Rub

Drained & Rinsed

Bag Tortilla Chips
Instructions
Drizzle oil on both sides of steak, then coat with your favorite spicy steak rub and pat into steak.
Heat a little oil in a pan/skillet, cook steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side. When finished remove from pan and let rest.
Pre-heat oven to 375˚.
While steak rests cook corn in same pan and cook until browned.
Cut steak into bite sized chunks, and toss in BBQ sauce.
Cover the bottom of baking tray or cast iron skillet with tortilla chips. Then place cut steak on top of chips, pinto beans and lastly cheese.
Bake in oven until cheese is melted about 8-10 minutes. Add any toppings you want i.e. more BBQ Sauce, Jalapeno, Cilantro, Avocado.. etc..
