Instructions
In medium bowl, place ground beef, flour, garlic powder, ginger, salt and egg.
Prep squash by grating. Place shredded squash in between two paper towels and press dry, then add into meat bowl.
Mix ingredients until completely combined. Form into meatballs and place in a second bowl.
Mix marinade by combining all ingredients, Pour 2/3 of marinade over meatballs and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
While meatballs are marinating chunk your vegetables to the size you would like for your skewers.
Once everything is prepped, alternate placing meatballs and vegetables on the skewers.
Grill for 15 minutes rotating skewers every 5 minutes.
