Preheat oven to 350˚F, coat a 12 cup bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Put unrolled dough in prepared bundt pan end to end, pinching the ends together. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the bread is golden brown. Allow too cool until you can handle it and slice in half so you have a top and bottom.
In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise and garlic, and spread on both top and bottom halves of the bread. On the bottom layer the avocado, turkey, tomato, spinach, onion, and top with bacon.
