White Chocolate Raspberry Pancakes Recipe

This is a must try delicious breakfast treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 Cups Cake Flour
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • In medium bowl, combine cake flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • In separate bowl whisk together milk, vanilla, greek yogurt and egg.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry and and mix until just combined. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Heat pan either melt a Tbsp. of butter in pan or spray with non-stick spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan and cook until it starts to bubble then flip. Cooking until both sides are a golden brown. About 2-3 minutes on each side.
