White Chocolate Raspberry Pancakes Recipe
This is a must try delicious breakfast treat!

- 1-1/2 Cups Cake Flour
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- Salt
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
In medium bowl, combine cake flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
In separate bowl whisk together milk, vanilla, greek yogurt and egg.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and and mix until just combined. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
Heat pan either melt a Tbsp. of butter in pan or spray with non-stick spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan and cook until it starts to bubble then flip. Cooking until both sides are a golden brown. About 2-3 minutes on each side.
